Which emails we send

Core Motivations emails you in two cases: to confirm your account after you sign up, and to reset your password when you ask to. If you are waiting on one of these and it has not arrived, work through the steps below.

Things to check

• Look in your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
• Make sure you used the right email address, with no typos.
• Give it a few minutes. Email can be slightly delayed.

Still nothing

• For a password reset, request a new link from the Forgot password link on the sign-in page.
• For a confirmation email, double-check the address you signed up with, then look in spam once more.

If it still has not arrived, contact support.
