Getting started
Taking the assessment
What you need to begin, how the questions work, and how often you can take it.
What you need
You need a free account before you take the assessment. Your answers save to your profile the moment you finish, so your results are always waiting for you when you come back. If you open the assessment while signed out, you will be asked to create an account first.
How the questions work
Each screen shows one short statement. Tap the answer that fits you best and the assessment moves on to the next one automatically. There are no right or wrong answers, so go with your first instinct. A progress indicator at the top shows how far along you are, and you can tap Back at any point to revisit the previous question.
Most people finish in just a few minutes. When you answer the last question, your results are calculated right away and you are taken straight to your breakdown.
How often you can take it
You can take the assessment again once every 90 days. That spacing keeps each result meaningful and lets you see genuine change over time. Every result you complete is saved on its own, so taking it again never replaces an earlier one.
When your next assessment is available, a Retake the assessment button appears on your Home tab. If it is not available yet, you will see the date it unlocks.
Where to start
Tap Home in the bottom navigation. If you have not taken the assessment yet, a Take the assessment button is waiting for you there.
